    2. Well, the Fellowship was attacked multiple times, and I'll see if I can get the order right: First came the orcs, I believe, then the cave troll, and then as they were leaving, the orcs came back, then the Balrog came.
    (JT said the "Watcher in the Water", and that might be correct, but I say they hadn't entered the mines yet at that point...)

  4. The key is "while entering". That means they were just getting inside and they had only just opened the doors when the watcher attacked.
