Interview With Solace Utara at Prophets of the Force

Today's interview is with Solace Utara at Prophets of the Force . She has a really cool blog about Star Wars I recommend you check it out if you like Star Wars.

What do you believe Ahsoka’s fate should be at the end of The Clone Wars series?

I belive that Ahsoka would survive at the end of The Clone Wars series and order 66. I have read websites that explains the Fate of Ahsoka Tano (Most notably http://scifi.about.com/od/starwarstelevision/a/CLON_ahsokas-fate.htm). There is evidence against every option except the one that says Ahsoka survives order 66. As it explains, Ahsoka could go on a solo undercover mission in 19 BBY, when ROTS occured. Like Jedi Master Ry-Gaul, she would most likely survive. Also, seeing her killed would make Star Wars darker. It would be tragic for Ahsoka fans... and me. Her fate, though, is decided by the Clone Wars team... and the will of the Force. It will be the way it is meant to be.

Do you consider Darth Maul’s return cannon?
If George Lucas and the Clone Wars teams says so, then yes. I am curious for more of an explanation on how he survived, but then if the official word says it is, then it is. I think he fueled himsielf with the dark side to keep him alive the way Vader did on the lava bank, and maybe someone helped him out without knowing who he is or anything.

What is your opinion of Lux Bonteri and Ahsoka’s relationship?
Lux is an okay kind of guy, but I'm not sure if he's right for Ahsoka. He did foolish stuff out of revenge and everything, but he's not a Jedi. I believe alot of people would have done the same. I hope Ahsoka won't do anything foolish for him though. Their romantic relationship is better than Rex and Ahsoka (He's a clone and I don't think he's supposed to be with her), Anakin and Ahsoka (He already have a wife, come on!), and Barriss and Ahsoka (they're both girls, for crying out loud!). So I'll just wait and see how everything turns out.

What is your opinion of the cast on The Clone Wars compared to the original cast in the Star Wars Prequels?
I remembered the first time I watched the prequels. Unlike most other people, I was impressed with it. Perhaphs it was because I was so young and didn't really understand much, or I really did enjoy it. Either way, I still love the Star Wars Prequels now. I also remembered the first time I watched Star Wars the Clone Wars. I liked it too, but I was even younger when I first watched it. I still enjoy it now. I like them both equally, but I don't think I can compare them like that since the Clone Wars is not really a movie, except you count the cartoon one. In conclusion, I think both are awesome, and I'm glad there is something that explores the Clone Wars- which in my opinion was one of the most important parts in Star Wars history.
