Here is the final part in the Top 25 Avengers list.
At Number 10: Bucky Barnes
Bucky took the mantle of Captain America after Steve Rogers (Captain America) was presumed to be dead. He later rejoined the Secret Avengers as Winter Soldier.
At Number 9: Black Widow
Black Widow is the character benefited the most in recent Avengers movie.
At Number 8: Black Panther
King of Wakanda and first black superhero, Black Panther is a prominent Avengers. He is one of the most likely heroes to be making an appence in a future Avengers movie. Also there are rumors that a Black Panther movie is in the works set for 2014
At Number 7: Hawkeye
Hawkeye was one of the new first recruits during The Avengers first recruiting dive. He has been on the main Avengers team, the West Coast Avengers, the New Avengers, and is currently the leader of the Secret Avengers.
At Number 6: Wolverine
Most commonly known as an X-Men, Wolverine is one of the members of The New Avengers.
At Number 5: Spider-Man
Note: I am ranking each character on how good of an Avenger they are but if I was ranking them by my favorite hero Spider-Man would easily be number two.
Who does not like "Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man" although not an Avenger until recently. Spider-Man definately should make the list.
At Number 4: Hulk
Another one of the founding members of The Avengers, Hulk soon left after Captain America joined the team due to his anger management problems.
At Number 3: Thor
Always one of the power players in The Avengers roster, Thor's brother Loki brought the team together to form the original Avengers team.
At Number 2: Iron Man
Thanks to the greatness of the recent Iron Man movie, he has become a house-hold name. Before Iron Man was almost B-lister in the superhero world and his movie started The Avengers Initiative. He has been the leader of the team on multiple occasions.
At Number 1: Captain America
My personal favorite hero of all-time Captain America. Although not one of the very first Avengers, it did not take Cap long to become the mist well known Avenger. His first modern day appearance has in The Avengers comic.

YAY! Cap is number one!! I think that's where he belongs!!! I also think it's so funny (and just a little odd) seeing Bucky take on a super role. :P And I can't get over Hawkeye's original costume. Just think how different he would have looked in the movie if he'd had that mask! LOL!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite Avengers(based on the films since I haven't read the comics yet) would be Thor, Black Widow, Captain America, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Wolverine, Spider Man, and the Hulk.
I also like Loki as a good villain.

ReplyDeleteWell, in the original comics Bucky did wear a costume.
Hawkeye's costume does look a lot different in movie, it was one of the hardest costume to transfer to the big screen.
