New Guardians of the Galaxy Trailer!

The second trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy is here, and it is impressive! One thing that I can definitely tell is that the movie is going to be loads of fun! It seems to be taking a very fun approach to the material by paying homage to classic sci-fi. Also, we finally get a good look at all of the characters, and what the movie is going to be like without spoiling too much. By the way, hey Sony, this is how you make a trailer without spoiling everything! Bradley Cooper's voice as Rocket is good, although a cockney still would have been better, and Vin Diesel's Groot sounds pretty cool with his one line, "I am Groot." There is definitely going to be a romance between Zoe Saldana's Gamora and Chris Pratt's Star-Lord. Considering that two of the best Marvel movies, The Avengers and The Winter Soldier, did not have a romance, so that it could focus on the ensemble cast, I am a little worried that Guardians might not be able to pull it off, but they can, then I am all for it! Other characters aside from the Guardians are finally shown including Glenn Close as Nova Prime Rael and Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser, both of which look fine in their roles. Karen Gillan's Nebula is briefly shown as well, but again, no speaking lines. Star Lord's dematerializing helmet is awesome, and so are his Cad Bane style rocket leg/boot things. Also, I am glad to see the return of the great classic 80s song, “Hooked on a Feeling.” Overall, Marvel continues to deliver with their trailers, and if this trailer is any indication, Guardians of the Galaxy is going to be a blast of sci-fi action comedy fun!
