The Dark Knight Rises Coming Soon.

It is only 9 day until The Dark Knight Rises is released in theaters. Although I have not been caught up in the hype, I am still excited for the movie and plan to see it in theaters. I am a Batman fan, he is easily the best DC character and he has the few good DC movies. Unlike a few other movies, I have tried to avoid any trailers, clips and spoilers that might be on the Internet.
Because it is being released soon, I will be posting some Batman posts including reviews for a few of the movies and the Batman: The Animated Series TV series review. Also like the Spider-Man in Media post, there will be a similar Batman post. I will not just post Batman posts because my previous themed weeks were not very successful but expect a lot of Batman. Are you excited for The Dark Knight Rises?
If everything goes as planned, the review for The Amazing Spider-Man will be up tomorrow.

  2. I'm excited to see the Batman movies but I'm not all hyper about it because it's not Marvel (Lol, I suppose I've become a loyal Marvel fan). Still, it all looks really cool and I hope that I can maybe see TDKR in theaters, but I'm not sure.

PS Mom is taking Kayla and I to see The Amazing Spider Man on Thursday!!!! I'm so excited!

  3. It looks like a really good movie from what I've seen on the previews. I saw The Dark Knight a couple of years ago(I want to see Batman Begins really soon) and I really liked it, so I'll definitely be looking forward to seeing how it all ends :).

  4. I'm very excited for The Dark Knight Rises, even though I probably won't see it until it comes out on Blu-Ray! =D The only thing I'm worried about is that Bane might be incredibly hard to understand because of that mask. I hope they stick in the Bane-breaking-Batman's-back part, since that is such a famous story from the graphic novel series. =)

  5. I'm so fricking excited! I'm a diehard Batman fan, though, overall, I like Marvel. I'll be on vacation, so I might not get to see it at the midnight showing, but I'll definitely go see it! Some theaters are having a Nolan Batman marathon, which would be kick-awesome!

  6. @Solace Utara: Have you seen the previous Batman movies?

@Jamie: Marvel will always be better but Batman is the best thing about DC and one of the few things that are good about them. :) I hope you will get to see the movies.
I hope you like The Amazing Spider-Man, I just watched it yesterday and LOVED IT! One of new favorite comic book movies.

@Shena Tokala: Batman Begins was very good, although not as good as The Dark Knight but I would recommend watching it. :D

@Edessa: I hope that Bane-breaking-Batman's-back part is in there too. I have not read the graphic novel but I know a lot about and I think it would make for a climax for the movie. :)

@billyBobjoe: I would not exactly call my self a diehard Batman fan but I have watched just every TV series and movie he has been in though. :)
That would be awesome! I am re-watching the first Nolan Batman my self.
