The teaser trailer to be new Star Wars: Rebels series has been released and we now know just about the show as we did before the teaser. Since this is a teaser, I will give the show the benefit of the doubt, even if the voice guy is corny. The show is from Dave Filoni (creator of The Clone Wars), Simon Kinberg (writer for Sherlock (2009)), and Greg Weisman (The Spectacular Spider-Man and Young Justice), therefore it should not disappoint unless the executives force them to make a kid's show, which The Clone Wars was not (except for those few episodes). My biggest question is: what happened to those missing Clone Wars episodes!? We where suppose to be getting them this year but I have heard nothing about it. What do you think of the teaser? A new Star Wars animated series named "Star Wars: Rebels" is set to be released in the Fall of 2014. Rebels is set during the era between Ep. III and IV, which is exciting since characters like Darth Vader and even a young Princess Leia could be included in the series. Clone Wars creator David Filoni takes lead of the project and considering his excellent on The Clone Wars the new show should be excellent. Greg Weisman also is a producer of the new series, which is good news since his previous animated series, Spectacular Spider-Man and Young Justice were two of my favorite animated series.
With this new setting I can see characters like Starkiller from the Force Unleashed or a young Mara Jade working for the Emperor depending on where during the 20 span between films this series is set. Also I am hoping that Ahsoka could be in the series and continue her story past leaving the Jedi Order. Another character that should be featured is Grand Admiral Thrawn from the "Thrawn" book trilogy because he is one of the most fascinating characters in the Star Wars expanded universe. I would not even mind seeing a 20 year old Han Solo since the series is animated and would not ruin the character. Darth Vader and the Emperor could make appearances as well. Maybe even the many Bothan spies who died to give the Rebellion the information on the Death Star, the possibilities are endless! Basically the Rebellion era is one of the best choices Disney could have made because there are so many options and it could even continue past Ep. IV focusing on background characters. My only concern is that the series could be too "kid friend" since it is airing on Disney XD. What are your thoughts on the new series? Please comment below. Breaking new! The Clone Wars has been cancelled!? But there is A New Hope, The Clone Wars will continue is some form, most likely as a direct-toDVD/Blu-Ray, TV movie or even theatrically. Another bit of good new is that another TV series not is based on a time-period not previously covered in the movie, but it has not been confirmed whether it will be live-action (Star Wars: Underworld) or animated. Nothing has been officially confirmed, except The Clone Wars is cancelled, however cannot believe that my favorite animated TV series ever made has come to an end without a proper finale. Does this mean that "The Wrong Jedi" was the last time we will see Ahsoka? She will probably make an appearance in the new Clone Wars movie but it is an interesting thought. Obviously what comes next will lead into "Order 66" and the clip below only enforces that theory. Preferably, a Clone Wars TV movie would be broadcast on ABC since Disney, which owns ABC, now owns Star Wars. As a long line fan of the series since its beginning, I am very sad to see it go when there was so much more that they could still do. It was enviable but still disappointing. While The Clone Wars had a four episode drop in quality and the fact that Cartoon Network aired the series during the morning, opposed to its previous Friday night time-slot. Because of this, The Clone Wars has lost many fans, many of whom never regained watched the series again. Due to this breaking news, my "Funny Pictures" post has been postponed to Friday but part 1 of my Skyfall review will be posted tomorrow. Below is a new of the new clip and an announcement by David Filoni, the Supervising Director of The Clone Wars.
On a side note, the animated Comedy series "Star Wars: Detours" has been postponed as well and has not been given a release date.

The Clone Wars season finale is later or by the time many of you read this, it will have already aired. What are your thoughts on this season as a whole? It has has had some of the best Clone Wars episodes and the absolute worst episodes of the season. Ever since the Darth Maul arc the Clone Wars has been back on track, but the previous 12 episodes ranged from terrible to mediocre, with the worst episodes of the entire series. Both the Droids and Younglings story arcs were awful! Particularly the Droid arc. Only "Missing in Action" had any redeeming qualities. Since no one is watching the series there is not much reason to write a post on the season in review, but I might change my mind later. Sometime later next week I will review the "The Wrong Jedi".

After last week's "The Jedi Who Knew Too Much" which was exceptional in all aspects, and "To Catch a Jedi" was nearly on the same level. Since it would be impossible to review this without spoilers, expect full spoilers for the episode.
Ventress was back and she was awesome! The new reformed Ventress was witty and fun to watch. Ahsoka had even more character development as she continues to progress into an even better character throughout this story arc. There were references to the up-coming Star Wars 1313 video game set in the underworld of Coruscant and this episode directly referenced a few others levels but not 1313. Again, the animation is incredible! The dark slums of Coruscant looked fantastic, and the animation for Ahsoka's cloak looked much better than previously in the series.
The climatic battle between Ahsoka and the mysterious cloaked figure was surprising brutal. Ahsoka got the crap beaten out of her, even in the "Padawan Lost" he was not beaten down that much. Now the cloaked figure is obvious not the Emperor as some were suspecting, unless he made some drastic changes to himself. It appears that Barriss Offee is obviously the cloaked the figure unless it is another character not previously introduced in the story. However, it does not explain how powerful she has become if it is indeed Offee that was the cloaked figure. She should not be anymore powerful than Ahsoka, even if she did catch her by surprise. Who do you think set-up Ahsoka?
Overall: 9.9/10- While it does not reach the dramatic heights of "The Jedi Who Knew Too Much", it does have great action and satisfying story. Can't wait to see the conclusion to this story.

Here is "The Jedi Who Knew Too Much" in its entirety and in good quality. Hopefully there are still fans of the series left that are watching because this episode was incredible! This review is mostly spoiler free, but I will give a warning before any possible spoilers.
"The Jedi Who Knew Too Much" continues after the previous episode "Sabotage" and features Grand Moff Tarkin. This episode left me speechless, possibly the best episode of the season thus far. The level of emotion in the animation is unprecedented, no other animated series or movie is at this level right now. Ahsoka really shinned this episode and I would have to say that I am officially a fan of her character now. Easily one of, if not the best, Ahsoka episode yet. The episode is named after another one of Alfred Hitchcock's classic films "The Man Who Knew Too Much" and I noticed many references to the film in this episode. This episode featured one of the best chase scenes I have ever seen taking nearly half the episode. However, it was definitely not lacking in plot with one of the best ending scenes of any Clone Wars episodes. The music was another highlight of "The Jedi Who Knew Too Much", one of my new favorite tracks.
*Spoiler* When Anakin confronted Ahsoka in the tunnel, the level of emotion the animators and actors conveyed was stunning. It reached new a whole other level of drama that has never been seen in the series before. Also it reminded be of dam scene from Harrison Ford's The Fugitive. *End of Spoiler*
Overall 10/10- Overall "The Jedi Who Knew Too Much" had the perfect blend of action, drama and character interaction, it will go down as one of the best episodes this series has to offer.

Wow, "The Lawless" was an incredible episode! It is one of the best and most impactful episodes of the series. Warning Spoilers ahead.
While last week's episode was fantastic, "The Lawless" is in a league of its own. Featuring the deaths of both Savage Opress and Dutchess Satine! As I have stated many times, Opress is one of my favorite characters from The Clone Wars and his death was shocking. I almost wish it did not happen because he was such an awesome character, but it was a fitting send-off to a great character. Obi-Wan was excellent in this episode, not only has Maul killed his Master Qui-Gon, he killed who was essentially the love of his life, Satine. Obi-Wan now has even more reason for revenge on Maul.
Another surprise was that Bo Katan is Satine's sister, which was a nice touch and gave a good reason why she defected from Maul's new Mandalorian clan.
Now what we have all been waiting for since the trailer, Darth Sidious Vs. Maul and Opress, what an epic battle. Up there with other classic Lightsaber duels of the series.
The battle between the Mandalrians was amazing! Basically a ton of Boba Fetts in the sky fighting, what more could you ask for?
The animation was amazing! Nothing from seasons past is even comparable to this episode. If you have seen it, you know exactly what I am talking about.
As a whole, this arc has easily been the best of the season, but why not make a four part arc and not waste those episodes on the horrible Droid arc?!
Overall: 10/10- "The Lawless" did everything right, from the action to the story, it was perfect. This is what we wanted this season of the Clone Wars and we finally got it!

"Shades of Reason" was all kinds of freaking awesomeness! *Epic Fist Pump* Darth Maul is officially the best thing to happen to the Clone Wars ever and "Shades of Reason" is the best Clone Wars episode of this season. Until later in the review, this will be a spoiler free review.
Shades of Reason continues were Eminence left-off and it more than delivered on the hype. Unless The Clone Wars team do something really stupid with this arc, bringing Darth Maul back from the dead was definitely worth it, because he is the best Star Wars villain since the original trilogy. Savage Opress and Maul are the best duo of evil I have ever seen. Sam Witwer as Darth Maul is absolutely brilliant! He brings a calculating and determined presence to Maul that is perfect. Savage is as brutal as ever dealing some bone crushing blows, both physically and with the Force. The animation is particularly breath taking in "Shades of Reason" featuring, yet again, some of the best and realistic visuals of the series. Although the animation style is present, it looks more realistic and the character animation smoother. Focusing on the villains for two episodes in a row is sheer brilliance! There has not been one Jedi or anyone except Duchess Satine that is considered a "Hero", which is very refreshing. Having the villain as the protagonist is a technique that should be used more often in TV shows, on the other hand, few TV shows have so awesome villains like the Clone Wars does. Pre-Vizsla ,as always, was one bad dude, Jon Favreau (director of Iron Man) does an excellent job in the role. Now time for the spoilers until the final verdict in the "Overall" section of the review.

The best part of the episode was definitely the epic final duel between Darth Maul and Pre-Vizsla. It is was one of, if not the best fight scene in The Clone Wars' history. Vizsla using both his black Lightsaber, blasters and other gadgets Vs. Maul's mastery of the Force was amazing. However, the most shocking part of the episode was Pre-Vizsla's surprise beheading by Maul! I could not believe what I was seeing, The Clone Wars team had some serious guts to pull that off. As much as I liked Vizsla and wanted to see more of him, his send-off was more than fitting to one of the Clone Wars' best original characters. I am still in awe at what happened, I expected him to escape somehow but after a valiant fight, he lost. Now Bo-Katan and her clan escaped and obviously are going to be coming back for more. This is another reason why we all love Mandalorians!
Overall: 10/10- "Shades of Reason" reminds me why I love Star Wars and the Clone Wars with the best episode since "Revenge".

Since the start of the younglings episode arc of Star Wars Clone Wars, the reviews and fans in general have really disappeared. Even I stopped reviewing the episodes because no read them and I know this season has been a let down but the last two episodes with Death Watch and Maul have been awesome! Before, The Clone Wars was a big thing on blogger with many fans posting reviews and writing about it in general, but what happened? Where is everyone? I am here to start a resurgence of the Clone Wars and rally the fans! Is anyone with me?! Starting every Friday I will be posting a review of the previous week's Clone Wars episode even if no one is interested. Some bloggers have posted less for good reason, but why have the Clone Wars fans disappeared? There are a few reasons why I believe the show has had less interest over the past season, one being: the quality of the show. The younglings and droids arcs are possibly the worst arcs in the Clone Wars history. Wasting four episodes each! Why those were made, we will never know (probably for the young child audience) but man they were terrible. Another is that the two biggest names in the Star Wars fandom on blogger Grace (aka Jedi Chick/Fallon) and Savanna have not been posting, albeit for good reason and I do not blame them in the slightest for it. But why should all other Star Wars fans lose faith? Again, I know some fans have reasons for not posting, despite this could the fandom have truly died? I am here to rally the fans and start a revolution of sorts, whether it works or not, because I am just one man running a small blog. To support the cause I have started a tag in which you take this "Clone Wars Fan Award" I made and re-post just like any other tag.

This is a review for last week's Clone Wars episode "Eminence". Due to the near total lack of interest in the Clone Wars this season, I have not written reviews for all the episodes this season, however the Darth Maul/Pre Vizsla story arc has began, therefore I must write about it.
Yes! They finally did it! An awesome episode of the Clone Wars has finally aired! Eminence might be the best episode of the season and it was there to mostly set the table for the episodes to come but man it was one heck of a set-up. Basically the episode was all kinds of fan service, only featuring the villains of the story. Maul and Opress, Death Watch, Black Suns, Spice Dealers and the Hutts, what more would a Star Wars fan ask for? Even though it was more of a set-up for things to come, it manged to pack the action scenes since episode one of the season. In short the Clone Wars team packed everything that makes the Star Wars villains awesome into one super team-up episode. In terms of the visuals, Eminence was striking! It just leaves me in awe in how well everything is rendered, two thumbs-up for the Clone Wars team. There were some shockingly violent and brutal kills throughout, mostly by Savage Opress, particularly the Black Suns leaders being decapitated by Opress' double-bladed Lightsaber. While at first I was not the biggest fan of Darth Maul's return, however after this episode Maul might be the best Star Wars villain since Darth Vader and Boba Fett. Lastly, nice touch with Savage knocking his big, horned head on that light as he stood up.
Overall: 9.6/10- Overall Eminence packed everything I love about the Clone Wars into one fan service episode that actually makes me excited for what is to come for this arc.

“Bound for Rescue” wraps up the plot of Ahsoka’s capture from last week’s satisfying episode and concludes the mediocre Younglings story arc. Warning: Full spoilers for the episode. Despite having Hando, Obi-Wan and Grievous in the episode, it again majorly disappointed. However, there was one very brief scene of awesomeness with Grievous at his best since the old Clone Wars miniseries. He crushed a Clone Wars throat with his foot claw thing and dispatching the Clones with ease, Grievous even had a brief victory. At least until Obi-Wan told him that the ship is set to self destruct. Why would Obi-Wan leave a message basically telling Grievous to escape the ship? This only serves to keep him alive for Revenge of the Sith. Come on Clone Wars team, you are better than this! Hondo again, stole the show; he was hilarious after being obviously drunk. Although I was almost starting to like the Younglings after last week’s episode, they were extremely annoying again, except for Gungi. However, we finally got to see a fully constructed wooden Lightsaber, which was great. Possibly the worst part of the episode was the traveling circus. Seriously, this is the best idea the writers could come up with? Again the animation was solid, but nothing that we have not seen before. While the episode might not reach the lows of the previous “The Gathering” episode, I just want to know when are we going to see all of the awesome clips that were featured in the season 4 trailer.
Overall 6.4/10- Despite having a few great moments, “Bound for Rescue” failed to deliver anything but disappointment and corny writing.

Finally the Onderonian story is over! Although I did enjoy last week's "Soft War", I vastly overrated the episode and have now changed the score to 8.4/10. But "Tipping Points" almost made this four episode story arc worth it.

Wow! Just The Clone Wars did exactly what I was hoping, they killed off Steela. While I very much liked the character, I was hoping that the story arc would end with her death to give the arc something memorable and it was more than satisfying. As The Clone Wars team said at CVI, this episode was inspired by Avatar in terms of the creatures and the look of Onderon and even though I am far from a fan of the movie, it did have some impressive visuals. One of my favorite characters, Hondo, made a short but effective appearance, which was fun to see.
"Tipping Points" really packed a lot into one episode but it never felt like it was too much. The battle was impressive and the animation was again top notch. The character drama worked well and Lux has started to become more likable now.
Steela's death was handled brilliantly, I was wondering the entire scene if she was going to make it. At one point I figured Ahsoka would eventually save her but the end were she actually fell to her death was kind of shocking. I did not think The Clone Wars team had the guts to do it, yet they have surprised me again. The ending was great with Steela's funeral and the Onderonians finally winning their freedom.
Overall 9.2/10- Overall "Tipping Points" is definitely my favorite episode of the season thus far, however it is not one of the best of the series.
Now as for the story arc as a whole, it was entertaining and had its moments but it never reach the heights of many of the other story arcs, it has been one of the weaker four part story arcs of the series.
Although I would not say that season 5 is disappointing, it has yet to blow me away like the Krell arc did last season. "Revival" was cool but lacked a little in story and the other episodes from this arc.
Overall Story Arc: 8.0/10- Ultimately this arc serves to develop Ahsoka's and Lux's characters, but it could have been shortened to three episodes.
These past few episodes about the Rebels has made me think about how old are Ahsoka, Steela, Lux and Saw? If anyone knows I would appreciate it if you would comment below.

After Last Week's overall impressive episode, I had higher hopes for "The Soft War" and it did not disappoint. It opened with an attack followed by a declaration of freedom by Steela, which was very clever how it was done. Warning the following contains complete spoilers for the episode.
Finally the story arc had the perfect balanced of action, story, and characters. Oddly, the cloaks for the Saw and Lux looked excellent compared to the odd Jedi cloaks. Just in terms of the visuals, I was very impressed, probably the best looking episode of the season. Everything had a very lived-in gritty style which worked excellently. The strike by the Rebels at the execution was my favorite moment of the episode; the chaos of the attack was captured perfectly by the camera angles and the way it was animated. Again the episode deals with the theme of terrorism and rebellion paving the way for future rebellion. I can really see Lux and Steela becoming an important part of the Rebel Alliance during the Rebellion Era; it would be very cool if their characters could incorporate in some way. I liked Ahsoka a lot in the episode; I thought she would do the predictable thing and help the Rebels anyway. Waiting until later really built up the suspense and I almost thought at one point that the former King was going to actually be executed. It is times like that were Alfred Hitchcock's principle of suspense is used well shows that the series is really progressing into a better quality of directing. The line of dialogue between Ahsoka and Lux was interesting and still the audience guessing as how their relationship will progress as well as what Steela said to Lux. Although I thought the facial express were very well animated this episode, Jacob on the hand was not so impressed. Also I noticed that the Onderonian General looked surprisingly like Captain Pellaeon from the Thrawn Trilogy books, if anyone knows his name please comment below with it. It would be greatly appreciated.
Overall 8.4/10- While "The Soft War" is not in the same league as classic Clone Wars episodes like "Rookies", it might just be the best episode of the season thus far, "Impressive, most impressive."

After last week's set-up episode, "A War On Two Fronts", I was hoping that the next would deliver something great and overall it mostly accomplished it. The action was good, however the Battledroids were annoying and dumb as always. "Front Runners" opened with a series of terrorist attacks by Onderonian Rebels using clever tactics, which were cool to see. It dealt with the issue of the people being afraid of Rebels because they do not know that they could win was an interesting topic. Since one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter, unless there are civilian casualties, therefore they are just terrorists. Some of the dialogue felt a little unnatural between Saw, Steela and Lux while stealing the tank. The attack on the Federation base was well animated and the expositions looked great. The animation of the lighting was better than usual adding an excellent dynamic to the look of the city. Also the structure of the is kept very similar to how it has in Knights of the Old Republic video game, which as a fan of game was glad to see. Hopefully next week's episode will build upon what "Front Runners" set-up with the addition of the new Federation droid general. While this seems to be a solid story arc, it lacks the quality that many of the truly amazing story arcs, unless there is some great reveal in the next two episodes. But it is much better than last year's "Mon Calamari" season opener. I am really starting to like Steela as a character; she has grown fast as a character in just two episodes.
One of the key highlights of the episode was the final scene talking to Obi-Wan and Anakin; it really ended the episode well with the reveal that Saw is Steela's brother. It was unexpected, I am sure Lux is feeling like Han did after the battle of Endor (video below) after Leia told him that Luke was her brother. Although it is unclear if he actually heard Steela said it or not but Ahsoka was definitely not happy. Another interesting line was Anakin's saying that he knows what it feels like, which really seemed to catch Ahsoka off-guard. Hopefully it will lead her to discovering Anakin and Padme, which should be a good episode.
Overall 8.3/10- Overall "Front Runners" delivered in both the action as well as the characters and was a mostly rewarding pay-off to last week's episode.

"A War on Two Fronts" is about an uprising to the planet Onderon, not to be confused with Leia's home planet Alderaan. Onderon should be familiar to fan of the Knights of the Old Republic series because that is one of the planets were the Jedi Exile traveled during his/her journey. The episode felt more like the "Calm Before the Storm", which should hopefully set-up for better episodes in the later parts of the story arc. However, the "A War on Two Fronts" does develop Lux Bonteri and establish his current relationship. Note: There will be spoilers for the entire episode. Although Lux is not my favorite character from the Clone Wars, I actually like him overall as a character, despite his hatred from some parts of the fan community. I really do not Lux and Ahsoka's romantic relationship, although it seems that might be with Steela now, which created an interesting dynamic in the episode. The animation of the Jedi's cloaks left something to be desired, while the animation for the planet overall was solid. It is a little refreshing to see an episode with a slightly slower pace than usual, and had more focus on the character, particularly Ahsoka, Lux and Steela. The training scenes were done well done, except some of Anakin's dialogue was sub-par in a few of them. Although I wish I knew the trick to defeating the Droidekas in the Star Wars Battlefront video game, it would have really been useful. The Battle Droids were as annoying and stupid as ever, I still cannot stand their voices. While I am not the biggest Ahsoka supporter, ever since the "Padawan Lost" and "Friends and Enemies" episodes, she has really started to grow on me and this episode did help in making her a better character. The reference to the Rebels in the original Star Wars trilogy was cool. With the Jedi council questioning if training the Onderonians to be terrorists would be the best idea and the fact that Anakin himself suggested the idea worked very well. Near the end of the episode were Obi-Wan said that they could not help Onderonians fight their war, did not make a lot of sense at the time. The Jedi's life were endangered, then was not the time to test the Onderonians new skills. Also it should have given us some sense of time, because it appeared to only have taken place over a few days at the most.
Overall 7.8/10- While "A War on Two Fronts" may have lacked action, it served to set-up for next episodes in the story well and added character development.

The Clone Wars season finally start and it sure started with a bang. Basically "Revival" is part 2 of the last season's finale "Revenge", which is a first for the series. It almost felt as if the episode was 10 minutes with its relentless pacing, which worked very well.

"Revival" was a non-stop thrill ride, full of intense action and awesome Lightsaber battles. While the episode may have started a little too fast, and a few of the character models and voice acting near the beginning of the episode could have been slightly better, overall the episode was very impressive with its brutality and violence. Savage Opress impaling Adi Gallia was very cool and completely unexpected twist in the episode. The Ligthsaber battle was expertly choreographed and animated, one of the better fights of the series. Possibly the most shocking and violent part of "Revival" is how Savage's arm was sliced off by Obi-Wan. While I did notice that Opress had a robotic arm in the trailer, I did not expect that Obi-Wan would be the one to cut it off. The detail of his arm was amazing, I could even see his bone and flesh of his arm, The Clone Wars team is really pushing the TVPG rating. The music during the battle was particularly epic, one of the few time were the music was noticeably top notch in an episode. Hondo was hilarious and played a key role in the episode. His dialogue with Obi-Wan and his lines in general were great like “Who are these horny headed maniacs!?” The opening reminding the audience how utterly evil and murderous Maul and Opress truly are, with a cool opening scene battling droids. The nice touch of Maul's legs emitting green ooze from the Night Mother shows the Clone Wars team's attention to detail. Although some of the character's mouths did not match the animation perfect in a few scenes, but that is a small detractor. The Clone Wars started the season with one of the season opening episodes of the series, only season 3 was better.
Overall: 8.9/10- What "Revival" slightly lacked in plot, it more than made up for in sheer action and brutality.

Wow! This new trailer looks awesome! It has twp of my favorite things from the Clone Wars, Savage Opress and Death Watch. This season is going to be epic. Also the trailer has everyone's most hated character Lux. I really do not dislike so I do not mind and I like the new look for the character. What do you think of the new trailer? I usually watch these inbetween The Clone Wars seasons to get my Clone Wars fix so I figured I should review today since The Clone Wars season was over.

We watched the original Star Wars: Clone Wars. The different between the name of current CGI series and is the "The" in front of "Clone Wars". It originally aired in the year 2003-2005 as a miniseries. We watched it when it originally aired but we watched it again recently. Basically Clone Wars cover the years in between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith in around 2 hours. This series is amazing! Even better than most of the current The Clone Wars story arcs. If this was a movie it would easily be the best animated movie ever made. Even you don't like the current CGI you should watch this. It is a must see for any Star Wars fan or anyone who likes animation. We are reviewing this as if it were a movie even though it was split up into two parts. Volume one is more action focused and less story driven. It showed clips of battles that took place during The Clone Wars. Volume 2 on the other hand is very story driven and has great action. It show Anakin's path towards the dark side and basically everything that was said in the opening crawl in Revenge of the Sith. The series as introduced new characters like General Grievous, Asajj Ventress, and Durge. Also Jedi like Shaak Ti, who had one of the best parts of the series, Ki Adi Mundi, Luminara Unduli, and Bariss Offee. And the Arc Troopers are also in this. It has so much awesomeness yet it doesn't feel over stuffed.
The Good: Many great new characters were introduced, Volume 2 had an amazing plot, Spectacular lightsaber duels,
The Bad:

Here is the first chapter.
Plot: 9.8/10- Score for Volume 1: 9.0/10. Score for Volume 2: 10/10. Volume one was more action based and but had some set pieces that set up for Revenge of the Sith. Volume two's plot on the other was fantastic showing a glimpse of Anakin's future and built some of his character. Remember when this first aired it was before Revenge of the Sith so we didn't know exactly what was going to happen to make Anakin turn to the dark side.
Action: 10/10- Many amazing battles including Mace Windu fighting hundreds of Confederate droids with his fists, Kit Fisto brief under water battle on Mon Calamari, which was later expanded with the recent The Clone Wars episodes. And Shaak Ti and a few other Jedi in an epic duel with General Grievous and his guards just to name a few.
Acting: 9.7/10- The voice acting was excellent with a few familiar names like James Arnold Taylor(Obi-Wan), Tom Kane(Yoda), and Anthony Daniels(C3PO), who later went on to reprise their roles in the current Clone Wars series.
Art Style: 9.5/10- The style is a blend of Japanese anime modern western style. In general we don't like anime but this had a good blend of the two art styles.
Overall: 9.9/10- Overall Star Wars: Clone Wars is an amazing piece animation that is better than many of the current Clone Wars episodes.
Closing Comments: If you are a Star Wars fan watch this! And if you are planning on having a Star Wars watch-athon I recommend watching this after Attack of the Clones. It fills the gap inbetween the movies well.
We are not trying to cut down the current Clone Wars series. It is our favorite TV series but this is also a series that is a must see for any Star Wars fan.

Friends and Enemies had a lot to like. Cad Bane was awesome and his line at the end was fantastic. The action was very good and the Nal Hutta setting with the Cantina and the Indiana Jones hat was a good nod to the classic hero.
At Number 10: A Friend in Need

A ton of Ahsoka fans were outraged by "A Friend in Need" becasue of Lux Bonteri and Ahsoka's relationship. I do not like romance but I found that it worked really well. Also seeing Death Watch again was really awesome. I am a big Mandalorian and Death Watch fan so having them in the episode made it so much better. And the quadruple decapitation by Ahsoka didn't hurt earthier.
At Number 9: Escape from Kadavo

The last episode in the Slavery Story Arc, Escape from Kadavo really ended it with a bang. This is one of the few episodes that just about everyone liked and agreed that it was a very good episode. The episode even had a briefcameo by the Wolf Pack Clone Trooper Squad.
At Number 8: The Box

There has been a split between the fans half of them liked "The Box" and the other half thought it was just OK. I really liked because of the great concept of having Bounty Hunters compete to decide who the best are.

I normally do not like Zombies but it worked really well for this episode. Also I really like the Nightsisters and the all out battle between the CIS and the Nightsisters was epic.

"Bounty" was the unexpected gem of season 4. The ainmation for the hand-to-hand combat was excellent and Boba Fett was back again. Also the episode built Ventress' character very well.
At Number 5: The General

It is hard to choose which of the "Darkness on Umbara" Story Arc was better than the others since all of them were excellent.

Fives and the others trying to pilot the enemy’s craft was done really and was even kind of funny. It was also dark and the Clones are always becoming more and more interesting as the series continues.
At Number 3: Darkness on Umbara

Darkness on Umbara was the first step towards one of the best Clone Wars Story Arcs yet. This is the first we got to see General Krell with his cold and calculating approach to warfare, were Clones are just numbers. The parallels with the Vietnam War combined with the overall darker and grittier tone made it near perfect and very hard to top. Also this story could have worked for just about any War movie, The Clone Wars team did an excellent job with this oen.
At Number 2: Revenge

The Season 4 Finally, Revenge ended the season on a cliffhanger. With the return of Darth Maul and the lightsaber epic battle, how could this not be one of the best episodes in The Clone Wars history.

Wow! This episode really stepped it up a notch! When it was discovered that Krell was trader I was very surprised. And his execution, the only thing that could have made it any better is that Rex would have been the one to finish Krell off.
Overall Season 4 Score: 9.5/10
I was very impressed by this season, it is probably the best season of The Clone Wars so far with only a few weak and lack luster beginning.
