The Hateful Eight is the 8th film by famed director Quentin Tarantino, and from the trailer, Tarantino is back and better than ever. Starring Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, and Tim Roth, The Hateful Eight is a western set directly after the Civil War about eight westerns that seek refuge in a stagecoach stopover during a blizzard.
After the script was leaked, Tarantino cancelled the film, but after a reading of the script, he decided to go ahead with the project. From the looks of it, Tarantino is not likely to disappoint, and while the idea that someone is trying to stop the hangman is not exactly original, it is ironic that Kurt Russell will star in yet another film about paranoia like John Carpenter's The Thing. Overall, The Hateful Eight appears to be yet another win for Tarantino. What do you think? Please comment below and let me know!

The trailer (or should I say teaser, somehow this is listed as a teaser even though it's 2+ minutes) wasn't quite what I was expecting, I'm still super excited for it! I'm sure one by one they will be murdering each other in bloody fashion ha
ReplyDeleteI've read a bunch about this, and quite want to see it, particularly for Jennifer Jason Leigh.
